Nouvago Capital portfolio company MAMIA Music signs key agreements

MAMIA announces the signing of their first artist, distribution and publishing agreements

Record label MAMIA Music has signed its first artist, singer/songwriter Sheri Nowrozi. Further, the company has signed a distribution agreement with Universal Music Sweden, and a publishing agreement with Universal Music Publishing AB.

MAMIA Music is a record label working within the 360 model – the new business model where the relation with the artist includes the entire portfolio of rights held by the artist. Behind the company are Nouvago Capital AB (nouvago.com), subsidiary to investment company Servisen, and PR and event bureau Zap Events (zapeventscom).
