RCA Records made the announcement that Kelly Clarkson's album Stronger has been certified platinum. An album becomes platinum after 1,000,000 sold units. Stronger is the fifth studio album by American pop rock, singer-songwriter Kelly Clarkson.

Kelly Clarkson may be celebrating the success of Stronger, but she's already gearing up for her next release: a greatest hits album. Besides the greatest hits, there will be some new songs on it as well, and is expected to be released before Christmas.
