Nouvago Capital AB strengthens their film holdings with 8 major Swedish films

The Swedish investment company Nouvago Capital AB acquires new holdings in eight Swedish films from the film technology company, Dagsljus AB. Nouvago Capital is one of the main investors on the Swedish market regarding film and increases their portfolio further with; Hamilton- I nationens intresse, Hamilton- Men inte om det gäller min dotter, Hamilton- I hennes majestäts tjänst, En gång i Phuket, Call Girl, Cock Pit, Svensson Svensson and The Stig Helmer Story.

The transaction is a takeover of cash flows and in some cases intellectual property (IP).

-    We have previously invested in Hamilton- I nationens intresse, Call Girl and Hamilton- Men inte om det gäller min dotter, where we now increased our shares and to add five completely new promising movies to the portfolio is great, says Frank Bonn, CEO Nouvago Capital. The Swedish film market is blossoming and we see great opportunities to continue to invest in both Swedish and international films.

Dagsljus has provided all eight film productions with professional recording equipment.
-    We are breaking new ground in the film industry with this transaction and hope it can pave the way for new ideas about how film financing can be done, says Mikael Frisell, Sales Manager at Dagsljus.
